Cynthia Johnson, CEO/President, founded Chozen Inc. in 2001. Cindy began her career in the permanent placement industry as a Corporate Trainer for Hall Kinion, a search firm specializing in the hi-tech industry. She also held positions as a Recruiter and Branch Manager, earning several achievement awards. Cindy has specialized in the medical device industry for several years throughout California. Prior to her career in recruitment, Cindy held various roles in sales, management and training for Thomas Cook Financial Services, based in Honolulu, HI. Cindy holds a B.A. in International Relations and a minor in French from the University of Hawaii.

Diane Trinh has recently joined Chozen Inc. as an Executive Recruiter. Before joining Chozen, Diane started a successful sales career in the advertising industry in Northern California, earning several achievement awards. She then gained experience in Commercial Real Estate, specializing in tenant representation in acquisitions, consulting and strategic real estate planning, serving the San Mateo County. Diane was also the CEO/President of MoneyTree Coupons LLC, a direct mail coupon booklet, based in Maui, HI. Diane holds a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Communications from the University of California, Davis, graduating with Honors.

Christina Lehrman joined the Chozen team as an Executive Recruiter. Prior to this, Christina worked as an Account Manager for ACCPAC, a business software firm here in the bay area. She also taught elementary school in Livermore for several years. She spent some time working as a Recruiter for a local agency focused on engineering talent. Christina holds a bachelors degree in Health Science and is also a certified Paralegal.
