Cynthia Johnson, CEO/President, founded Chozen Inc. in 2001. Cindy began her career in the permanent placement industry as a Corporate Trainer for Hall Kinion, a search firm specializing in the hi-tech industry. She also held positions as a Recruiter and Branch Manager, earning several achievement awards. Cindy has specialized in the medical device industry for several years throughout California. Prior to her career in recruitment, Cindy held various roles in sales, management and training for Thomas Cook Financial Services, based in Honolulu, HI. Cindy holds a B.A. in International Relations and a minor in French from the University of Hawaii.
Gil Paz, Sr. Search Consultant
Gil Paz joined Chozen Inc. as a Senior Search Consultant in 2005. Prior to this, Gil enjoyed a successful sales career in the ophthalmic industry where his territory covered Northern California. During this time, he earned several achievement awards, including Rookie of the Year. Gil worked in the ophthalmic industry for a total of 15 years in both sales and management. Gil also gained valuable experience as a Recruitment Specialist in hi-tech for Hall Kinion, based out of San Francisco. Gil holds a B.S. in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and honorably served in the United States Marine Corps.
